An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. red365 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, provided that the account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of such fees.
red365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the red365 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
